Jersey States Assembly Approves Landmark Assisted Dying Law for Terminally Ill Adults
Jersey has become the second jurisdiction in the British Isles to fully approve assisted dying legislation following a decisive vote in the States Assembly. The law, which targets terminally ill adults facing unbearable suffering, is expected to see the first legal procedures take place as early as 2027.
