Lamborghini Scraps All-Electric Supercar Plans Citing Lack of Customer Interest
Italian automaker Lamborghini has cancelled production plans for its first fully electric supercar, the Lanzador, originally slated for 2029. CEO Stephan Winkelmann revealed that the brand's ultra-wealthy customer base shows almost no demand for battery-powered performance vehicles.
